To set it up :

1. Turn on the TV set

2. Press and hold the ''Brand'' key (about 6 seconds) It will start the auto searching. Notice when the ''VOL+'' mark appears on the TV screen , than release.

Please note this product would work pefectly with your Philips, Samsung or LG or any other brand but this must be a LCD / LED TV , it not necessarily would work with an old type TV's.

Easy to set up, missing 'TV guide' button

Arrived quickly. Setup was easy, though it took me a second to twig that 'Press and hold the "Brand" key' meant hold the name of the corresponding TV brand - not a single 'brand' button.

The remote works perfectly, but the only flaw is there's no 'TV guide' button so we can't access the TV schedule to see what's on across the channels. Our TV is at least 10 years old though, if not a bit more, so potentially this wouldn't be a problem if you have a smart TV as it has buttons for smart features.

Delivery policy

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 1-2 days after dispatch. Up to nine business days for international shipping (Europe). You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
