Remote works great but the customer service was brilliant.

Fast great value service

I can’t fault the process of ordering & delivery. All fast & efficient. The remote was excellent value. I am a little dissatisfied with the remote not being as easy to use as my original sky remote. The buttons need to be pressed very hard to work and often don’t work the first or second time. But the remote was €30 less than the local electrical store. But I would use mmtrade again for another product.
