Our Home - Kinsale
Kinsale is a lovely little seaside town in County Cork. It is the first stop on the Wild Atlantic Way and is also the home of MM Global Trade.
Kinsale is a town rich in history, from it's beginnings as a medieval port town in the 14th century, it saw battle in 1601 with the arrival of the Spanish Armada and since then has thrived down the centuries into the gem it is today. Full of winding narrow streets, fronted by beautiful historic buildings, many of which are now boutique shops, restaurants and cafe's as well as historic hotels, there's a lot to explore in Kinsale.
Well known for it's food scene you will be spoiled for choice in Kinsale. There are a multitude of excellent restaurants, cafe's and pubs to suit every budget. Restaurants in Kinsale pride themselves on their locally source ingredients and the fish is caught just offshore daily. No matter where you choose to eat in Kinsale you are guaranteed a good meal but one of my favourite spots is Brunos, this Italian restaurant is housed in a historic building and has a mouth watering menu paired with some excellent Italian wines, Brunos tastes like summer all year round.
If you've never been to visit Kinsale, I say go! you won't be disappointed. And if you have been 100 times I say go again! there's always something new to discover.
